Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping:
- We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
- Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (as displayed at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Kuppa Ink is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@kuppaink.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change addresses once an order has been processed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
